Jan 15 #Bangkok Shutdown

The situation remains unpredictable in Thailand. Today the Government insisted it would proceed with the February 2nd election, despite the opposition's intention to boycott. Earlier today, thousands of anti-government protestors continued their #Bangkok Shutdown, and marched with leader Suthep Thaugsuban from Asoke up Sukhumvit Road and down through several major Bangkok thoroughfares.
